your turn now

I know a few things about who reads this blog from my stats feeds, but I am interest in more information.

Who are you,
where do you come from
do I know you
why do you read my blog
do you enjoy the hints and allegations
how did you get here
Where's my wife and family
what if I die here?
who’ll be my role model
now that my role model is gone
gone
he ducked back down the alley with some roly-poly little bat-faced girl

Who am I?
You can call me Al

Where do I come from?
It's a street in a strange world
Maybe it's the Third World

Do you know me?
I can be your long lost pal

Why do I read your blog?
I want a shot at redemption
Don't want to end up a cartoon
In a cartoon graveyard

Hey - I am Gemma from Ballarat in regional Victoria. I met you at NLS2006 (not that you will remember me as you met lots of people!), and I think in your talk you mentioned this blog so I looked it up when I returned from NLS, just in time to read that great Footloose song! Why do I read it? Not sure - I think its because I generally get a chuckle from it!

And you may ask yourself
How do I work this?
And you may ask yourself
Where is that large automobile?
And you may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful house
And you may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful wife

Michelle from Emerald, Central Qld - pleased to read you.
No, you don't know me but then, do we REALLY ever know anyone at all?
I read your blog because it's fast and furious and quite funny and I think at times we library types tend to forget the funny. I mean, come on! It's not like someone dies if we have a bad day at the office, people!
How did I get here? Bloody good question - can't remember but glad I found it. I really like the way your mind zooms off track at times.
The rest of your questions I cannot answer but for this - wherever you go, there you are so if you die 'here' it doesn't really matter, does it?

Another ADHD librarian

From the USofA, Southeastern Division

I doubt you know me.

Because we ADHD brarians need to stick together.

Huh?

Google because I'm too intellectually lazy to pick another search engine.

I didn't eat them.

You're probably too young to die.

George Clinton is my role model.

Hiya!
1. Anita, juvenile and YA author
2. Canada, in the heart of the frozen prairies
3. Nope
4. I'm not sure...I've only just found you, but am reading because, a) I like librarians, b) I like Australia, and c) I'm not sure...I just like it.
5.Sometimes
6. I Google-searched to see if someone had been blog-spammed by a US author (so he says--I refused to check) like I was. You were, but were much kinder about it in your out loud thoughts than I was with my inside ones.
7. Beside and behind you?
8. We're all out-of-print eventually
9. It's your turn
10. Umm...
